Aroma
The strongest Vítola of the series - more of a Toro Gordo - is in line with the other two in terms of flavour, but has its own subtleties to offer. Initially blessed with a decent chocolate sweetness and nutty aromas, notes of coffee beans, toast and peat are soon added, rounded off by a little liquorice. In fact, the profile given by the producer is even surpassed, because step by step, new details reveal themselves - a nice pinch of pepper here, a hint of oriental spices there, then again great sweetness - and towards the end, quite considerable intensity with smoky tones and very solid power!
