The inner part of the cigar cutter, which is decorated with a gold-plated frame, is coated with a clear blue lacquer, with the outline of a tobacco leaf engraved underneath. To open the guillotine cutter, pull the micro-diamond-studded handle of the cutting blade upwards and press it down again to close it. When closing, the guillotine opens cigars up to a 58 ring gauge.
